♡- I reserve the right to reject any proposals that make me uncomfortable.♡- Please make sure all questions you might have are answered before placing an order. Sending a DM first is recommended. This step can be skipped if a surprise me commission is requested.♡- I'll start working the moment the commission has been paid. Also, if the final price is 60€ or higher payment plans are allowed. Please let me know in advance.♡- I can take up from two weeks to two months for a single piece to assure it's the best quality and to keep myself as healthy as possible. Please inform me if you have a hard deadline and see if rush fees apply to your commission!♡- Rush fee is added if work needs to be done in two weeks or less (+50% of the base price).♡- The resulting piece can be used freely as long as you credit me. I will charge extra for commercial use. AI training or use with my art is strictly prohibited. In case of reselling any designs please ask me beforehand. I don't mind reselling but please notify me about it. Reselling price cannot be higher than the original paid price!♡- No refunds unless delivery date has passed and the client requests it.♡- You can communicate with me through Twitter, Vgen or Discord DMs. I'll try to reply to any questions and feedback under 48h.
